The countdown is finally over. Our highly anticipated new PricePally website and mobile app are now live. With a range of exciting new features, we aim to make your farm fresh food and household shopping more convenient, faster, and more enjoyable than ever before.

Cool new features to explore

1. Reorder Feature

Reordering your favorite items is now a breeze. Our new Reorder feature allows you to replicate past orders with minimal effort. Save time and enjoy a faster shopping experience by easily adjusting quantities, removing items, or adding new products to your previous orders according to your current needs and preferences.

2. My Orders Feature

Stay organized with our improved My Orders feature. All your orders will be categorized for easy tracking:

• Pending: Orders that are pending, in progress, or processing.
• Failed Orders: Orders that have been canceled or failed payment.
• Delivered: Orders that have been successfully delivered.

3. Option to Select Quantity

We have streamlined the process of selecting product quantities. The option to pally is no longer available. Instead, you can choose your desired quantities directly from the product options or by clicking “add to cart.” This makes your shopping experience more flexible and convenient.

4. Wallet Integration Feature

Managing your funds just got easier with our new wallet integration feature. Each customer will receive a wallet account number upon registration and verification.

Simply transfer funds to your assigned account number, and your wallet will be funded automatically. You can use the amount in your wallet to pay for the items you have in your shopping cart. This means quicker transactions every time you shop with us.

5. Custom Floor Selection for Household Carriage

Our household carriage service now offers the flexibility to select the specific floor of your building for doorstep delivery. Whether you live on the ground floor or the highest floor of a high-rise, you can choose your preferred floor during the ordering process. Delivery costs will vary depending on the selected floor, ensuring transparency and convenience.

6. Weight-Based Shipping

We now offer weight-based shipping, where you are charged according to the weight of your order. Here’s the breakdown of the delivery fees:

• 0 – 100kg: N0
• 101 – 150kg: N1000
• 151 – 200 kg: N2000
• 201 – 300 kg: N3000
• 301 – 400 kg: N4000
• 401 – 500 kg: N5000
• 501 – 600 kg: N6000
• 601 – 700 kg: N7000
• 701 – 800 kg: N8000
• 801 – 900 kg: N9000

7. Order History

We understand the importance of keeping track of your past purchases. Although we have moved customer data into the new system, you can access previous order history upon an approved request within a limited time. A temporary URL will be available for a month or two to help you access your previous order history.

8. Customer Verification

For enhanced data safety, all customers will need to re-verify their accounts via email. Whether you are shopping for your personal needs, household needs, or business needs, B2C you can sign up on the platform and complete your verification through email or WhatsApp. In addition, you will be required to re-add your delivery address
