PricePally Supports Trinity Omonigho Foundation’s Campaign to Aid Children Living with Cerebral Palsy

Driven by a passion for addressing the needs of vulnerable children and ensuring they receive the necessary care and nutrition for a healthy future, we are excited to announce our partnership with the Trinity Omonigho Foundation’s campaign to provide essential food items and medical supplies to children living with cerebral palsy.

The Trinity Omonigho Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children with special needs, has launched this campaign to mobilize resources and support from the community. Cerebral palsy is identified as the leading cause of childhood neurodisability in Nigeria. It affects up to 3 children per 1000 live births.

Speaking on the fundraising campaign, Joy Etor, an established Nigerian chef and food blogger, and the founder of the Trinity Omonigho Foundation, said, “The funds raised will go towards paying for the necessary medical attention that these kids require. They will significantly live a better life and extend their lifespan with medical attention and care.” The foundation aims to receive donations from PricePally customers and the general public.

Parents to Children with Cerebral Palsy

Being a mother raising a child with cerebral palsy, Joy is committed to helping children like hers live better lives. She added, “When it comes to special needs children, I believe there isn’t much awareness about it and how painful this is; as such we have organizations or even the government that look into other areas of disability but not cerebral palsy, and this is not to talk any form of disability down but a plea to look into these children. They require round-the-clock medical care which is very expensive. I plead with the government and well meaning individuals to assist these children to live a better life where they can sleep peacefully, move their bodies with little or no pain, stand, walk, and even feed themselves.”

By providing these critical resources, the foundation aims to improve the health and well-being of children with special needs.

We’re encouraging everyone to participate in this noble cause. Luther Lawoyin noted, “As the CEO of PricePally, I am proud to announce our partnership with the Trinity Omonigho Foundation to support children with special needs. We believe in the power of community to make a positive impact. Every child deserves love, nurture, and support; this is especially true for those with special needs. It brings us joy at PricePally to contribute to this cause. We invite our customers and others to join us in this noble effort.”
